In the Belgian Quarter, you get the full program — Pilates, Strength, Yoga and Barre — perfect for anyone who likes to mix and redefine their limits. Our reformer studio is also located in the Belgian Quarter: modern, effective and with a real burn factor. In Ehrenfeld, we focus on pure yoga and offer you space for mindfulness, balance and tradition. And in the south of Cologne, our second reformer studio provides powerful, targeted training in the middle of the Veedel.
It will continue from June: That's when we will also bring our reformer spirit to Berlin. And that's not all — Hamburg follows.
