Modern Mat Pilates
In this module, you will learn precise movement sequences that are performed on the mat and strengthen the entire body. Nadine shows you how to combine classic Pilates principles with modern approaches to create varied and effective lessons. Perfect for anyone who wants to deepen their teaching practice and make it more creative.

Pilates specific anatomy
In this module, you will experience an intensive introduction to the anatomy of the body, specifically tailored to Pilates practice. Betty provides you with in-depth knowledge of muscle groups, movement mechanics and joint functions so that you can teach safely and competently. Ideal for a deeper understanding of the physical

Method - Teaching essentials
In this module, you will learn the craft of teaching: How do I set up an hour in a meaningful way? How do I cue clearly and precisely? How do I count so that the group stays in flow? We'll show you how to give safe and effective movement instructions, how to use verbal and tactile adjustments and how to confidently guide different levels in a class. This module makes you methodically strong, self-confident in your appearance and professional in your didactics — so that your lessons are not only good, but unforgettable.

Strength
It gets intense here! We'll show you how to combine strength training with Pilates elements and strength training. The goal: training that promotes both strength and endurance and pushes your participants to their limits. Ideal for anyone who wants to offer dynamic, energetic classes.

Reformer Pilates
Experience the versatility of the Pilates Reformer in this comprehensive module. Elena teaches you the technical basics and creative variations to design effective and demanding reformer classes. A must for anyone who wants to expand their Pilates expertise and exploit the full potential of the reformer.

Self Practice & Internship
To deepen your knowledge, you will receive a course pass for 20 freely selectable units in our studios to incorporate what you have learned into your own practice.
