Als Arbeitnehmer:in in NRW hast du gesetzlichen Anspruch auf 5 Tage Bildungsurlaub pro Jahr — geregelt im Arbeitnehmerweiterbildungsgesetz NRW (AWbG). Dein Arbeitgeber stellt dich frei, das Gehalt läuft weiter. Voraussetzung: die Bildungseinrichtung muss anerkannt sein. Die YTTP Academy ist es.
Die Freistellung gilt unabhängig davon, ob du Vollzeit, Teilzeit oder befristet beschäftigt bist. Den Antrag stellst du mindestens 6 Wochen vor Kursbeginn beim Arbeitgeber. Alle Unterlagen bekommst du von uns.

Select and book your training

Request your registration confirmation and recognition certificate from us
Step 3
Submit your application to your employer at least 6 weeks before the course begins

Start your training — no vacation days needed
