Pilates specific anatomy & analysis
Functional anatomy specifically for Mat Pilates: muscle groups, joint functions, movement mechanics and body alignment — so you can read and understand movement with confidence.

Practice & teaching method
The most important Mat Pilates exercises in detail: correct execution, variations and modifications for different levels — practical and directly applicable.
module 4
Progression & Business
Build up hours professionally, explain and guide exercises, make corrections and teach different levels. Plus: the necessary know-how to start as a teacher.
module 5
Teaching samples & degree (certificate)
Your teaching skills will be tested: submit teaching samples, receive individual feedback and take the final exam. (Professional & Premium)
