TERMS AND CONDITIONS - FIRST ACCESS CHALLENGE BERLIN

1 Organizer
The organizer of the First Access Challenge Berlin ("Challenge") is YTTP Holding GmbH, Spichernstraße 10, 50672 Cologne ("YTTP"). The Challenge is in no way affiliated with Instagram or Meta and is not sponsored, endorsed, or organized by Instagram. Instagram serves solely as a communication platform. Please direct any questions or complaints exclusively to YTTP at hello@yttp.de.

2 Eligibility
Participation is open to individuals aged 18 and over with an active bsports account at YTTP. Employees of YTTP Holding GmbH, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, as well as employees of service providers involved in the Challenge, are excluded. Each person may participate only once and only as part of a duo.

3 Participation as a Duo
Participation is exclusively in teams of exactly two people ("Duo"). Registration must be completed via the form at https://www.yttp.de/campaigns/first-access-challenge-berlin. You must provide the first and last names and the email addresses associated with both individuals' bsports accounts. Both individuals must accept the terms and conditions. The registration deadline is October 19, 2026, the start date of the Challenge. Participation in the Challenge is free of charge. Regular rates and memberships apply to all classes.

4 Duration
The Challenge runs from October 19, 2026, to November 8, 2026, at 11:59 PM. Only check-ins that occur within this period and after the duo has registered will count. Check-ins made prior to registration do not count.

5 Check-ins
A check-in is defined as a booked and attended class at one of the following Berlin YTTP studios: Charlottenburg, Friedrichshain, Kreuzberg, and Bergmannkiez. Only records captured in bsports are valid. A maximum of one check-in per person per day counts. No-shows and cancelled bookings do not count. All regular classes, as well as specials and events, count provided they represent a class format in our studios.

6 Qualification and Selection
A total of 36 spots will be awarded to 18 duos. Qualification: Each person in the duo must achieve at least 9 check-ins during the period, distributed across at least 2 different Berlin studios. Most Committed: The 3 qualified duos with the highest number of combined check-ins will receive a guaranteed spot. In the event of a tie, the duo that reached the qualification requirements first wins. Random Draw: The remaining 15 duos will be selected by a random draw from all other qualified duos. A waiting list will also be drawn. Purchasing products or memberships beyond the check-ins does not increase the chances of winning.

7 Prize
Each winning duo will receive two spots for the First Access Preview Class at the new YTTP Strength Studio on Kurfürstendamm, Berlin, on November 16, 2026, at 6:30 PM. Cash alternatives or exchanges are not possible. If a winner is unable to attend the scheduled time, their spot will be forfeited without replacement. There is no entitlement to an alternative date.

8 Notification and Confirmation
Evaluation will take place from November 9 to November 12, 2026. Winners will be notified on November 12, 2026, via email to the addresses provided. Each duo must confirm their participation by November 14, 2026. If confirmation is not received by the deadline, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to the next duo on the waiting list. Up to 72 hours before the Preview Class, a duo may replace one person with another eligible participant.

9 Preview Class Procedure
Participation is at your own risk and requires a state of health that allows for participation in a strength class. Instructions from the coaches and the YTTP team must be followed. YTTP may change the date and time for organizational reasons and will inform the winners in a timely manner.

10 Photos and Videos
Photos and videos may be taken during the Preview Class, which YTTP may use for its own communications, for example on Instagram and yttp.de. Consent for this will be obtained separately on-site.

11 Data Protection
YTTP processes first and last names, email addresses, and check-in data from bsports exclusively for the purpose of conducting and evaluating the Challenge and for notification. Data will be deleted after the conclusion of the Challenge, provided there are no statutory retention obligations. Publication of the winners' names will only occur with separate consent. 12 Cancellation and Changes
YTTP may interrupt or terminate the Challenge at any time without prior notice or adjust the terms, particularly in the event of force majeure or for organizational, technical, or legal reasons. In the event of manipulation or violation of these terms, YTTP may exclude individuals or duos, even retroactively. No claims may be derived from this.

13 Liability
YTTP is not liable for damages in connection with participation in the Challenge or the Preview Class, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. Liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.

14 Final Provisions
Legal recourse is excluded. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a permissible regulation that comes closest to the intended purpose.
