With this privacy policy, we inform you about the processing of your personal data in connection with registering for our online live talks, holding the events and then contacting you via e-mail and WhatsApp (when requesting a mobile number).

2. Which data we process
As part of the registration for our online live talks, we process the following data in particular:
- First and last name
- email address
- If applicable, telephone number/mobile number information that you provide to us voluntarily in the form or when contacting us
- technical log data that may be generated when using our website and forms
3. Purposes of processing
We process your data for the following purposes:
- to receive and manage your registration for an online live talk
- to send organizational information, in particular registration confirmations, access information and reminders
- to conduct and follow up on the respective online live talk
- to contact you by e-mail after the live talk with further information about the discussed content, suitable offers, programs, courses, training or other services provided by YTTP
- to contact us via WhatsApp, provided that you provide us with your mobile number
4. Legal bases
If you register for an online live talk, we process your data to organize and carry out the registration and event. If we also send you information about our offers, programs, courses, training or other services by e-mail or, where applicable, via WhatsApp, this is based on your consent. If processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. The lawfulness of the processing carried out up to the time of revocation remains unaffected by this. The revocation can be sent, for example, by e-mail to datenschutz@yttp.de take place. Article 7 GDPR requires that reference be made to the withdrawal; the BfDI also points out that the withdrawal must be as simple as granting it.

If you agree to this, we will also use your email address to inform you about thematically appropriate offers, training, events, programs, courses or other services from YTTP even after the live talk. You can unsubscribe from incoming emails at any time.
If you provide us with your mobile number and consent to us contacting you via WhatsApp, we can also contact you via WhatsApp for organizational purposes and for information about live talks, offers, programs, courses, training or other services provided by YTTP. Please note that personal data is processed by WhatsApp when using WhatsApp.
7. Storage period
We only store your personal data for as long as is necessary for the stated purposes or as long as we are legally obliged to do so. We generally store data that we process on the basis of consent to contact offers, programs, courses, training or events until you withdraw your consent, unless legal storage obligations or other legitimate reasons preclude immediate deletion. After withdrawing your consent or unsubscribing from promotional messages, we will no longer use your data for these purposes.

Providing your name and email address is required to sign up and communicate for the online live talk. Registration is generally not possible without this information. Providing your mobile number is voluntary, provided that we request it to contact you via WhatsApp in the future. Without providing the mobile number, there is no WhatsApp communication.

11. No automated decision-making
Automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR, generally does not take place in connection with registration for our online live talks, unless we expressly state this separately.
