Content summarized

The training provides a well-founded introduction to reformer training, including technology, methodology and structured lesson plans — from YTTP Fundamentals to creative classes. In 40 practical lessons, you will learn a wide range of exercises, the use of props, effective cueing and hands-on techniques, supplemented by internship, assistance and a practical exam. Ideally, previous experience as a Pilates or yoga teacher is a prerequisite.

module 1

Introduction to reformer training

Get to know the technology, principles and methodology of reformer training. We provide you with a deep understanding of the reformer, the biomechanical principles and the correct device settings for various body needs. First of all, feel yourself on the reformer. We practice a sequence every day and discuss it in detail.

module 2

Comprehensive exercise repertoire & creative sequences

From classic to modern exercises: Learn a varied repertoire and develop a confident sense for sequences that can be adapted to different fitness levels and training goals. Get to know our YTTP Fundamentals classes 1-3 and teach safely. These fixed sequences will give you a good start to your own lessons.

Effective cueing & individual adjustments

Perfect your verbal guidance, hands-on techniques, and methodical cueing to provide targeted support to your students and ensure effective, safe training.

module 4

Internship program and examination

Get inspired and gain experience in our YTTP studios. After the training, you will accompany 10 classes with experienced teachers and thus prepare for your exam (audition).
