Each unit follows a clear structure based on training science:
- targeted breathwork to activate and regulate the nervous system
- functional warm-up & mobility flow
- progressive full-body strength training with weights
- Core integration & glute work
- intensive cardio & sweat sequences
- regenerative cooldown & breathwork
You will learn how to build up strength training in a precise, efficient and varied way — from beginner level to performance-oriented formats.
