Our journey began in 2001 with yoga and Pilates studios in Cologne. In early 2025, we took our next major step: large, modern Reformer studios bringing together design, quality, and accessibility.Today, we are active in several major German cities, including Cologne and Berlin – and we continue to grow.
Your role
You are the operational backbone of our Hamburg location. You ensure a seamless daily flow, maintain an elevated studio environment, and support both our team and our community. You work closely with Head Coach & Community Management to shape the full Reformer experience on site.
What you're doing
– Ensure smooth day-to-day studio operations– Maintain a clean, well-kept, and welcoming studio environment
– Coordinate orders, inventory, repairs, and external service providers
– Oversee front-of-house operations: internally, managing the full check-in team; externally, welcoming and advising our clients– Build, develop, and ensure the quality of the check-in team
– Maintain and manage all booking and studio systems
– Serve as the interface to the YTTP Hub (HR, accounting)
– Oversee studio opening hours and daily workflows
– Work closely with Head Coach & Community Management, Marketing, E-Commerce, and Operations
– Support the planning and execution of studio activities, specials, and smaller events
– Handle general administrative tasks and email communication for the Hamburg studios

– Experience in studio or front-of-house management (e.g., wellness, fitness, hospitality, retail)
– Strong organizational skills and a structured, responsible working style
– Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of working with people
– High service orientation and professional presence
– Independent working style, hands-on mentality, and flexibility
– Positive mindset and the ability to prioritise in a dynamic environment
– Reformer/Pilates experience or qualifications are welcome but not required
