About us
Since 2021, our vision has been to establish high-quality movement formats at a commercial level. Our story began in 2001 with yoga and Pilates studios in Cologne. In early 2025, we took our next major step: large, modern, design-driven Reformer studios that combine quality, accessibility, and a contemporary training experience.Today, we’re present in several major German cities, including Cologne and Berlin – and we continue to grow. Now, we’re looking for you to take on a key role. As Head Coach & Community Manager, you are the heart and face of our Reformer studios in Hamburg.
Your role
As Head Coach, you lead the coaching team, shape our training culture, and act as the link between management and community. You hold the overall responsibility for coaching quality, team development, and community engagement.You define the Reformer experience.
What you're doing
– Oversee the professional quality of the entire coaching team
– building, leading, and developing talent
– Conduct auditions, onboardings, and continuous quality management
– Lead regular communication, feedback sessions, and development routines
– Refine and evolve existing class and coaching formats
– Plan and deliver trainings to ensure and elevate coaching standards– Build a high-performing, motivated team culture
– Serve as a present point of contact for coaches and community members
– Optional: teach your own Reformer classes (3–5 hours per week)
– Strategically build and maintain an active community
– Connect with local partners in movement, wellness, and lifestyle
– Initiate and manage collaborations, events, specials, and guest formats
– Represent YTTP within the local scene and among relevant partners
– Conceptualize, plan, and execute events, special classes, and workshops
– Collaborate closely with Marketing & E-Commerce to strengthen communication and reach
– Develop innovative formats to support community growth and member retention
What do you bring
– Professional qualification in Pilates/Reformer
– Experience in team leadership and/or head-coach responsibilities
– Extensive teaching experience across different group sizes
– Professional presence and strong communication skills
– Ideally already connected within Hamburg’s Pilates and Reformer scene – or strong interest in community building
– High self-initiative, structured workflow, and a solution-oriented mindset
– Flexibility and motivation for an active, on-site role
– Hands-on mentality and strong organizational skills
