Julija completed her Modern Mat Pilates training at YTTP in 2024. Her classes are designed to promote harmony between body and mind. At the heart of their Pilates flows is a powerful full-body workout aimed at improving strength, flexibility and coordination. In her courses, you learn the basic Pilates principles: breathing, alignment and centering. In addition to her passion for Pilates, Julija discovered her enthusiasm for Ashtanga Yoga in 2018. She is currently completing the 230h Yoga Teacher Training at YTTP. However, her training in the field of movement began much earlier: Julija comes from classical ballet.
