Maria Graffelder

When Lea attended her first yoga class in 2017, she was fascinated by the magic in space. At first she practiced primarily for physical balance, but soon she realized that yoga is much more than pure asana practice and she focused a lot on the philosophy, which she incorporates in particular into her yin yoga classes. After her 230 hours training with YTTP, she flew to Mysore, India and practiced Ashtanga Yoga under R. Saraswati Jois, daughter of Sri K. Patthabi Jois.
