Accounting, HR & Management Assistance
Location: Cologne
Working time: Part-time approx. 20h/week (5 days/week)
Welcome to YTTP — Your Transformation to Power. Since 2021, we have been following a clear philosophy: For us, everything revolves around constant growth and the next move. We support our members on their way to a stronger, fitter and more energetic body. Through a combination of various yoga practices, strength-building classes, barre, and intensive mat and reformer Pilates sessions. With already 5 studios in Cologne, we would now also like to bring our reformer Pilates concept to Berlin & Hamburg.

Preparation and in selected personnel topics. You work closely with management and ensure clear processes and financial overview in the background.
YOUR TASKS
1. Preparatory accounting
- Recording, verification and digital filing of incoming and outgoing invoices
- Account reconciliations and preparatory work for the tax office
- Maintaining documents and digital accounting systems
- Support with payment transactions and monthly reports/financial statements
2. HR assistance
- Maintaining personnel documents and contract documents
- Support with preparatory payroll accounting (e.g. time overviews, absences)
3. Management assistance
- Scheduling and coordination
- Organization and booking of trips and accommodation
- General assistance with administrative and confidential tasks
YOU BRING THAT WITH YOU
- First experience in accounting, accounting or personnel management
- Care, reliability and enjoyment of structured work
- Interest in financial topics and a good understanding of figures
- Discretion and sense of responsibility when handling sensitive data
- Safe use of digital tools (e.g. Excel, Google Workspace)
- Structured and independent work
